The Precision Locking Bush is specially designed for applications where high precision togetherwith frequent changes and adjustments are needed. Precision Locking Bush gives very high concentricity and can be mounted / dismountedthousands of times. Shaft sizes are 15 to 100mm.

Function
When the pressure screw is tightened, the doublewalled sleeve extends evenly along the shaft and hub and creates asecure connection. After the pressure screw is slackened, the PrecisionLocking Bush returns to its original dimensions can be easily removed.

Design
Precision Locking Bush is made up of a double wall, hardenedsteel sleeve filled with a pressure medium and a flange part. In theflange there is a press / pressure mechanism, which consists of a screwand piston with a double sealing function, an O-ring and a steel ball,which press against a spherical seat. The outside (D) and insidediameter (d) and the plane surface of the hub-side flange are machinedfor extremely smooth running. The piston and the cylinder are designedto cope with several thousand assembly/disassembly cycles.
