Detailed Product Description

The Gummi type FKR element is commonly referred to as a coupling due to the fact that it has a neoprene rubber facing in place of the standard friction shoes as seen in other elements. The rubber facing offers the advantages of both a flexible and disconnect coupling. There should be no speed differential between the driving and driven components during the engagement of this element. The type FKE elements are available in 10 sizes. Interchangable with the Airflex® ER
